As humans we have beliefs, values, and ways of behaving that have been shaped by the cultures we have been exposed to. Our decision styles are complicated by the fact that we are often engaging in various cultures at the same time: national, corporate, family or religious culture.

Kenneth R. Brousseau

Kenneth R. Brousseau is CEO and co-founder of Decision Dynamics LLC, a firm specializing in behavior profiling and human resource systems design. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. He is the author of numerous articles which have appeared in sources such as the Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Academy of Management Executive. Over the past thirty years, Ken has consulted for a variety of public and private organizations, such as NASA, Federal Aviation Administration, Johnson & Johnson, UPS, The Aerospace Corporation, and Western Digital Corporation.

Armin Pajand

Armin Pajand helps leaders grow and adapt in midst of complexity and uncertainty.  His research, coaching and consulting work are focused on developing global and enterprise-wide mindset. Over the last decade, Armin has worked with hundreds of inspiring leaders in the US, Asia and Europe in a multitude of industries, who are committed to taking themselves and their organizations to the next level of growth. Most recently Armin led top talent and executive development at Farmers Insurance Group, a Fortune 500 company with over 22,000 employees. Pajand holds a graduate degree in organizational effectiveness from a joint program at Oxford University and HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in history from UCLA.
