1. JOB TITLE
Product Assistant Intern (CPT Sponsor)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform testing of POS software on mobile applications and browser based tools.
  • Support end-user inquiries and communications during new updates.
  • Analyze detailed business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a variety of project deliverables, including process flows, wireframes, requirements, test cases, project and communication plans, configuration or business specification, design documentation.
  • Facilitate quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirement work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
  • Analyze and assess current processes to define and document improvements.
  • Recommend method and procedural changes.
  • Develop and document best practices and operational procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in POS system of restaurant related industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Experience with complete software development life cycle.
  • Experience designing and reviewing test cases.

  • Utilizing and maintaining our exciting clients, while developing new customers through a variety of channels;
  • Keeping connection with exciting customers and promoting our latest products and services;

  • Trouble shooting, collecting customers’ information, dealing with their problems and sending feedback to R&D;
  • Supporting the sales representatives to solve IT related questions;
  • As an assistant to marketing and sales, offering training to our VIP customers and operators;
  • Preparing the reports and data accurately and on time;
  • Drafting out integrated customer service and training policy;
  • Being responsible for the delivery and product appendix.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • IT related major and working experience preferred;
  • Good at windows operating system installation and familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS

Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team to drive key business metrics including leads, educable leads, and convert-ready leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Grow the team through training and collaboration.
  • Grow top of the funnel reach and leads through lead generation content, call-to-action and landing page creation, and leveraging a range of distribution channels, including search, social, email, and offline.
  • Improve conversion rate at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel through website optimization, a/b testing, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Set team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.
  • Work closely with sales and product and forge strong communication and agreement between the three teams.
  • Forecast and present to senior management and set clear goals and action plans of the marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or higher degree required, 3 years working experience preferred.
  • Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience blogging, speaking, thought leadership, and growing a personal audience on social media.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expert in end-to-end marketing, including inbound marketing, offline marketing, and marketing automation. As owner of the marketing funnel, this person should have experience with tactics at a variety of lifecycle stages.
  • Must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data to optimize the team’s approach and forecast results.
  • Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, other experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot preferred.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
