Lynn Rosenblum (Toy Designer, Consumer Products Expert, Educator and Expert Witness)
Fulfilling a childhood dream of working for Mattel, the company that produced Barbie was just the beginning of Lynn Rosenblum’s esteemed career in the toy and consumer products industries. Dubbed as “the epitome of a toy expert” by her client Gina Heitkamp of Middle School Moguls Toy and Media Company, Lynn has worked in the toy and consumer products business for 30 years as a recognized marketing and trend specialist, educator, legal expert witness, and avid nostalgic boomerabilia collector.
Since 2007, Rosenblum has operated Toy Xpert, an independent consulting, marketing and legal firm supporting major toy brands and companies including Disney Consumer Products, Jakks Pacific, NSI, Spin Master and Tucker Toys as well as specialized retail brands catering to girls. Over the years she has become a consumer products expert with a concentration in toys and entertainment extending her client base beyond toys to beauty, tech, and publishing.
Nancy Loucas (CEO of Student Television Network)
Nancy Held Loucas has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, public relations, non-profit, educational, special event production, and video production. Her writing career includes television, video, radio and print. She has earned two Emmy nominations for outstanding writing. She has produced two Emmy Awards Presentation shows and her biography has been selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Of American Women and Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans.
As CEO of the Student Television Network, Ms. Loucas directs the association’s outreach, contests, and development while producing an annual four-day convention hosting 2,000 students and teachers. She loves interacting with teenagers and gives motivational talks to high school groups around the message that “everything leads to everything.”
Robert Nadalin (Principal at The Law Office of Robert Nadalin)
Robert G. Nadalin is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law. He received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1998 and his B.A. in Japanese from Ohio State University in 1993. Mr. Nadalin is the President of the San Diego Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the AILA Board of Governors. He has previously served as the San Diego AILA Chapter’s Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and as the AILA CIS Committee Chair. Mr. Nadalin also serves as a Director of the Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, Northern District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas. Mr. Nadalin is fluent in the Japanese language.
Hank Huang (Associate in the Los Angeles office of HFF Securities L.P.)
Mr. Huang is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of HFF Securities L.P., the real estate investment banking affiliate of HFF. Mr. Huang is also a member of HFF’s Global Capital Team with a special focus on covering institutional investors in China.
Prior to joining HFF, Mr. Huang held positions with CBRE, Freddie Mac – Multifamily and Simon Property Group. Mr. Huang is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside and received an MBA from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management. During business school, Mr. Huang was elected Student Body President and served on the Board of Directors for the UC Regents Committee on Investments –tasked with oversight of a $75 billion portfolio of pension and endowment assets for the 10-campus University of California system.
